First Flight offer a full courier service to deal with any damages that may occur on an airline flight. We can offer an unrivalled service and will collect and deliver the replaced/repaired luggage to any UK address within 10 days of incident. Passengers can book online or should they prefer talk with one of our experienced members of staff.

Arrivals Hall Representation

We currently have offices in the International arrival hall both at London Stansted and Birmingham International Airport. Here we contract for servisair Globeground and provide coverage to deal with all passenger enquiries regarding lost or damaged bags. We are available to offer full tracing facilities for any unidentified bags and pride ourselves in providing strong customer service at all times.
